At Stringers Outfitters, we appreciate your choice to book with us and understand that sometimes plans change. For all reservations, we require a deposit via credit card to confirm your booking. This deposit is necessary to hold your spot and is non-refundable.

If you are unable to make it for your scheduled outing and result in a no-show, we will charge the full amount of the reservation to the credit card on file. It's important to remember that when you book, we allocate resources and guides for your group, potentially declining other bookings. If there are changes in your group size, please inform us as soon as possible.

We will make every effort to accommodate changes and fill any open spots. However, if we are unable to do so by the date of your reservation, your group will be responsible for the costs associated with these spots.
